Read the community guidelines- Friendly colleagues
- Free coffee and snacks
- Good location (although it is actually a bit far from the MRT station, and much of the walking route is uncovered, so it gets very hot in summer)
- In a democratic country, you can experience the interesting life of an absolute monarchy
- There are many opaque gray areas in the systems, division of responsibilities, and work processes.
- Communication channels for HR-related matters are not very smooth (there is essentially no HR).
- The CEO may have difficulty regulating their emotions? They periodically vent their personal emotions at the company and have significant mood swings, making communication more difficult. They also seem to enjoy mocking employees? The work atmosphere is rather poor.
