I interviewed for a quality assurance assistant position. The job description on 104 stated that the role required experience testing and using instruments, and after evaluating myself, I felt that I met their standards. At the beginning, they asked me to introduce myself and then asked whether I had brought a résumé @@ (I was seriously speechless). Didn’t I submit my résumé when I applied? Then they asked me the same questions again. Most importantly, the HR woman who called me specifically asked them about it, but she never specifically told me to bring my résumé to the interview. In less than five minutes, they were already preparing to tell me to wait for notification. They did not introduce the company’s environment, job duties, or anything else at all. They treated me like an idiot and tricked me into coming = =. On top of that, the quality assurance assistant duties they wanted had absolutely nothing to do with the 104 listing. They suddenly asked whether I could do data statistics, create charts, make Gantt charts, and other nonsense. Most importantly... even if you can process data, the salary is only 28K–29K... He said my experience was worthless to him. He told me to start over as a blank slate and relearn everything. The starting salary was only 26K. Wow, they really had the nerve to say that~~~ Although they provided lunch, their attitude and sincerity were so disappointing. It looked like a company that had only recently relocated its factory there. It was unbelievably ridiculous~~ They completely wasted my morning. Most importantly... it was a godforsaken place where even the birds wouldn’t lay eggs. After the interview, a black dog even came charging out to chase and bite you~~ I was seriously so unlucky~
