There is a basic test and a logic test conducted internally. However, according to information provided by the interviewers, each manager has a different interview style. Some will make you spend money on transportation and take time to complete the logic test, but if you do not pass, they will not interview you; others will interview you after you complete the test.
The logic questions are very unusual. You are given a question and asked to determine whether A is reasonable, B is reasonable, both A and B are reasonable, or neither A nor B is reasonable. They may be related to everyday experience...
