On your first day, the boss will talk about his ambitions and abilities,
making you mistakenly think that this company has very well-established systems and rules.
But once you see the internal documents, you suddenly realize that everything said earlier was complete bullshit.
The documents are disorganized and have no structure, with rules made up from scratch for the industry.
I suggest not coming here and wasting your time.
