Pros
The office environment is very good.
Colleagues get along well, and everyone is kind.
Although there is a lot of work, there is no exploitation, excessive overtime, and so on.
I get fed by my colleagues every day.
Colleagues organize many activities outside of work, such as sports and hiking.
The policies are clear and honest.
Cons
I believe no company is without shortcomings, but
I can't think of any at the moment.
