The vice general manager responsible for the interview looked utterly careless and was also an hour late, completely wasting other people's time. I can only assume this company's prospects are just as poor.

⚫ The interviewer said:
“ You have to work a full 240 hours a month, with 10 days off per month. However, on some days you only need to work 10 hours, and you make up the remaining hours on other workdays. But you still get 10 days off a month.”
⚫ I asked:
“So is it possible that on other workdays, I might have to work 13 or 14 hours that day??”
⚫ The woman said:
“Listen to me first~ What you need to improve is learning to listen first! You will definitely have 10 days off a month. Sometimes you’ll work 12-hour shifts, and sometimes 10-hour shifts.”
⚫ I did the math:
“12 hours/day × 20 days = 240 hours.” Is my math bad? If on some days you only need to work 10 hours, how could the total for one month possibly add up to 240 hours........🙄
※ What they are most short-staffed for is security guards. Even if you apply for another position, they will first trick you into joining, then put you on the spot and use the word games commonly used in the insurance industry to entice you into the security department. If they see that you are too clear-headed and sharp, they will say: “Sorry, our position has just been filled. We’ll contact you again.....” Huh......
