Pros

No advantages.

Cons

1. For example, if your shift ends at 23:00, you must clock out after 23:05; otherwise, it will be considered leaving early and your pay will be deducted.

2. You cannot have too many opinions or ideas of your own; otherwise, other people will think that you do not fit in, are unsuitable for the company, or even raise questions about your fitness for the job.

3. I felt that the atmosphere among colleagues was not very good. If there is an accounting discrepancy caused by someone else’s mistake, and you did not notice it, you may become involved and be required to share responsibility for the discrepancy with the person who made the mistake (you are required to pay in cash; it cannot be deducted from your salary).

3. The company’s training is inadequate, and the trainers are very subjective. You cannot say much about it either: whatever the company asks you to do, you must do; in other words, you are told to listen and not say too much.

4. During the three-month probationary period, the company only pays the basic salary of 24,000. The job listing states 25,000–30,000; you only receive 25,000 if you have perfect attendance for the month, and you only receive a salary of 25,000 after passing the three-month evaluation.

5. The company requires you to do things in a certain way, but you will find that some people do not follow those rules at all—for example, the opening greeting when answering the phone. You are not allowed to correct them either.

6. Some things that should be taught, including very important ones, have not yet been fully explained before you are told to do them. If you make a mistake, all the blame is placed on you, and you are not allowed to defend yourself.

I am grateful to the company for allowing me to experience the dark side of the workplace.

I hope this account will also serve as a reference for those who come after me.
