Read the community guidelinesThe interviewer was very sincere. When asking whether you were interested in the interview, they provided detailed information about the system, benefits, salary, and job responsibilities, allowing you to listen and then decide whether you wanted to attend the interview, avoiding the situation of finding out only after going that it was not the job you wanted.
They first introduced the job responsibilities. The interviewer was the supervisor of the department. The work sounded fairly simple, but the salary offered was not attractive: after the probationary period, it was only NT$24,100 plus performance bonuses.
The interviewer also said that they sell skincare products or health supplements, but could not even distinguish between skincare products and cosmetics.
They also mentioned that, in addition to handling shipments and processing orders, the job would require helping them come up with marketing plans and promoting increased company performance. It felt like they were using a low salary to hire someone expected to do everything.
The working hours were punctual, and the office was fairly clean. If you do not mind the salary, it may be worth considering.
