1. Whenever managers at the assistant manager or manager level make a mistake, they always shift the blame to one another.
2. During the interview, they said the working hours were nine hours, including a one-hour break. However, after starting work, I discovered that it was impossible to take a full one-hour break; I could only eat, and even closing my eyes for a moment would draw criticism.
3. In terms of getting things done, the supervisors need to be more attentive. Although the mistakes are not serious, from my personal perspective, the frequency of minor errors is somewhat high.
4. The supervisor has years of work experience, but their abilities are still not up to the required standard.
