Pros
At least the supervisor will work overtime with you.
Cons
1. Extremely low salary (earning 22K in Taipei for nearly ten years remains a vivid memory)
2. Endless overtime; working until 11 or 12 p.m. is the norm
3. Verbal bullying in the workplace; a certain male supervisor has poor emotional control and shouts so loudly that it makes your ears hurt!
