The entire company is working hard to survive and change, but during the process of change there are always a bunch of nitpicky, stupid employees. If you resist change this much, you could consider leaving on your own—unless you don't even have the courage to quit?
The person has very poor character and also touches and harasses female employees, making them feel intimidated and causing them to resign. Even after resigning, they are harassed by the people handling the handover.
