There are too many issues. There is an emotionally disturbed novice-killer type of person there (basically, the kind of thing you could report to the labor bureau with a recording).
They recruit people through deception, usually targeting those without social experience or people changing careers.
During the busy months, you may be busy until 8 p.m. every day; sometimes even 9 or 10 p.m. is possible.
Salaries are padded with overtime pay and travel allowances. In reality, if there are cases every day, it is only about NT$38,000.
The laboratory likes to make things difficult for the Environmental Department, and the director changes the rules arbitrarily.
The sampling allowance may even be cut in half if there are too many errors in the reports. A massive red flag.
The company only has a large vehicle lane. Each time a vehicle comes in, around three people have to be involved, and the Environmental Department must drive its vehicles outside to the park every Friday.
To put it bluntly, the Environmental Department is treated as a lowly, inferior third-class citizen.
There are no systems and no quality of life. We often have to support other departments (which also have no systems, equipment that breaks down every now and then, and problematic people among the younger staff).
