Read the community guidelinesThe work environment is okay, at least it has been furnished.
First of all, they asked very detailed questions when I was filling out the form, including my time of birth, whether I had served in the military, and what my parents do.
Then the digital director was extremely rude. The first thing they said was that they felt I didn't really meet the job requirements, even though I hadn't even introduced myself yet.
They immediately asked a bunch of questions like, “Can you...?” and “Can you...?”
If I didn't meet the requirements, why ask me to come for an interview?
I walked for about an hour, and the interview ended in less than 10 minutes.
I guess they're all looking for young, cheap people who can hit the ground running.
Not just cheap, but also easy to use.
It's a good thing I didn't get the job.
No particular impression.
The interview requires you to provide your exact time of birth if possible because they use it for Chinese astrology compatibility. I feel they should ask about this before the interview so no one's time is wasted.
The company's standard application form asks for information unrelated to the job, such as family background. If you leave it blank, they will ask about it anyway. I felt they asked too many personal questions during the interview, which was very uncomfortable.
