Pros
There aren't really any pros. Benefits are unclear. Not recommended for anyone with high blood pressure.
Cons
The benefits will make you spit blood. The year-end bonus is only 3,000. The three traditional holiday bonuses may not be provided, nor a birthday bonus. The work is particularly complicated... truly heartbreaking. There is no annual leave, and unpaid leave may be forcibly changed to personal leave! Not recommended to apply. There is no room for development, and everyone's morale is left very low.
