Pros
None. They make use of people and then lay them off, and even speak ill of them to the new company.
You can learn about the boss’s realistic side: at the Labor Bureau, he says that he paid compensation and can use whatever reason he likes for the dismissal—he is free to do as he pleases.
Cons
A Hong Kong–owned, mainland Chinese–invested company. Basically, as long as it is a project that excludes Chinese-invested companies, they cannot win the bid.
Unless you have no other option, it is recommended that you do not even go to the interview.
