I find HR’s behavior outrageous. They invited me to an interview, and after I filled out my personal information, they said the supervisor was in a meeting and asked me to go home and wait for further notice. All of this basic information was the same as what was on 104. Isn’t a job seeker’s time still time? While the company requires interviewees to be punctual, could it also pay attention to keeping its own appointments?
It has now been a week, and there has been absolutely no news. I was completely just called in to pad their performance numbers. I advise anyone who receives an interview invitation not to waste their time interviewing with this company.
The system is fairly reasonable.
Low salary, very picky interviewers, and they keep recruiting even after a long application process. Overtime exceeds the limits set by the Labor Standards Act, and you can only take compensatory leave. Business trip allowances are lower than those of other companies. This can be a stepping-stone company.
