Pros
The interviewer was very nice and appreciates people who have their own ideas. He also asked some questions outside the usual scope of the interview to test my reactions.
Cons
There was also a second-round interview, scheduled two days later as an English phone interview with another male manager. We had to proactively confirm this several times.
