Interviewed for a design position.
It felt like they had been short-staffed for this role for a long time,
but they couldn't say it too explicitly.
After interviewing with two managers
for a little over an hour,
in the end, I was eliminated without being given a clear reason.
They ultimately didn't notify me either.
None. I have no idea what HR was making that face about.
I traveled a long way for the interview, and even after arriving at the site, no one from HR came to show me where to go... After I filled out the forms, they asked a bunch of pointless questions. The interviewer felt like they were interviewing a robot—completely lifeless. Is being in HR really that easy these days?! The interview alone completely killed any motivation I had to join this company. The working hours are also extremely long, and there’s a probationary period... WTF

The HR person was extremely arrogant and completely blocked their face with a writing board during the interview.
A week later, I called to follow up, but they said goodbye before I had even finished speaking. Very rude.
