Read the community guidelinesSince this was a video interview, I was very unfamiliar with this aspect and spent nearly 10 minutes dealing with it. The HR representative was very patient, and I felt happy and relaxed during the interview.
The job description was actually not much different from what was written on the job bank. Of course, I don’t know what the actual situation is, but Interview Fun has reviews from people who have actually done the job, so I suggest taking a look.
The starting base salary is NT$28,000. There are currently three people in the warehouse: two part-time employees (one transferred from full-time to part-time, saying that it was due to poor health—this is worth looking into) and one full-time employee. I would be filling that full-time position. They also mentioned that there is a meeting every day at 8:23. It seems that the Taichung branch currently has around 8–10 people? I didn’t hear this part very clearly. The job bank says the company has 25 employees (combined across Taipei, Taichung, and Kaohsiung)??? That seems a little low.... This would mean that each person is assigned many different tasks, and they also said that many of them require physical strength: 70% manual labor + 10% clerical work. At least what was written on the job bank wasn’t a lie...)
I haven’t received an offer yet, but both Interview Fun and TienYenTong say that this is an awful position, so maybe don’t act impulsively... Although the fact that a job isn’t suitable for others doesn’t necessarily mean it won’t suit you, the predecessors all said the same thing, so I’m honestly quite worried...
