Cons
Low base salary. Some departments are extremely good at shifting blame. Long working hours: the scheduled end time is 5:30 p.m., but working until 7 or 8 p.m. is very common. About three days a week, work continues until 10 or 11 p.m.
Working overtime is one thing, but one department is exceptionally good at shifting blame, and senior management protects them. No matter what happens, it is always your fault and you have to take the blame.
