The company's approach to salary adjustments is completely unfair. The sales department (as long as they are on the second floor) gets 3,000–6,000, while on-site staff get 600–1,200. Salaries are not adjusted at all according to the company's stipulated A/B/C grading system. There are many miscellaneous tasks, and some of the things we do have nothing to do with the position. Employee development is also centered entirely around sales, leaving on-site staff with no way to ask for anything.
