Pros
Most of the time, you can start and finish work on time according to your own preferences.
Cons
Those with strong abilities shouldn’t come. There are too many old-timers here, and clinging to tradition makes innovation impossible. Even the managers are very good at shifting responsibility. People with dreams, don’t bother coming—the internal power struggles are truly playing out here.
