To state the conclusion first, signing an employment contract with Zhongzhao Technology is not worthwhile, and it is not even necessary to invest the time to interview there. Given its current situation, the company’s products do not have sufficient profitability in the market, so it cannot even pay basic employee salaries normally. A large number of people already left in 2019, and some of those former employees even pursued legal action to protect their rights and seek the compensation they were owed for their work. Unfortunately, this does not seem to have had much effect. It is not only employees who are involved: the company also has many debt disputes and lawsuits with its investors and some banks, so its external image is certainly not positive. As for the person in charge of the company, despite facing this situation, they repeatedly gave employees various explanations that the company would obtain funding in the short term—for example, within one or two weeks or by the end of the month. However, when the stated deadlines arrived, they continued to say that the funding would be delayed until the next period. In the end, regarding the funding, the matter simply went nowhere, with no follow-up. In short, their intentions are questionable. Basically, because the company currently has neither funding nor manpower, and it is even unclear whether it still has a market, it no longer has the ability to move forward. It can only resort to desperate measures, so please be careful.
The interviewer was very sincere and explained their product very thoroughly, and they were also very efficient in responding with the interview results.
