Read the community guidelinesHR is very talkative
1. It took as long as three weeks from being notified of the interview date to the actual interview.
2. There were five people in the interview: a Japanese general manager, an interpreter, a Japanese division manager, a Taiwanese department manager, and a Taiwanese HR representative.
3. The Taiwanese department manager spoke as if he were chewing betel nut, spoke frivolously and rudely, and would arbitrarily explain things incorrectly on behalf of the interviewee. For example, when the Japanese division manager asked a question, he would presumptuously give you a random explanation and interrupt. It was very rude and disrespectful to the interviewee.
4. The questions asked in the interview were not based on matters that would actually arise in the job; instead, they were very casual.
5. Although it is a Japanese company, its standards are worse than those of traditional Taiwanese industries.
I don't know
After both parties confirmed the start date, they issued an offer and then suddenly told you to start earlier. If you couldn't accommodate it, they canceled the offer. Terrible.
