1. They cover everything and expect you to do everything, but offer very low pay
2. A family-run business
3. Requires immediate responses on messaging apps; tagging people back and forth and publicly shaming them in group chats
4. No relevant training; expects you to get up to speed immediately
5. The handover process is a complete mess. The materials are outdated handwritten papers, or there are no materials at all—figure it out yourself
6. The boss has very poor emotional management
7. Very problematic. Run.
