The wiring plant assistant is Empress Wu Zetian; you must not offend her.
Everyone there is a sinister weirdo who frames you and makes you quit.
HR also joins in, knowingly condoning it.
When it's good, it's really good.
When it's difficult, it's extremely painful.
Departmental infighting—speak less and do more.
I honestly can't think of any.
The salary has never once been paid on time—it is supposed to be paid on the 5th of every month, but when that falls on a holiday, they don't pay early; they just delay it. There are a bunch of people who do nothing all day except play mobile games or hide away to sleep, and some of them are even supervisors. They keep employing incapable people who survive solely by talking and know only how to kiss up to higher-ups. When the company has no orders, they don't try to push the sales team. The company's sales staff never go out to visit clients—is this what you call sales??? They just passively wait for orders to arrive automatically. They actually employ a bunch of brain-dead people. When there are no orders, they tell employees to take leave; if they have no leave left, they take unpaid leave. Do they think the salaries they pay are very high? When there are orders, all they do is rush, rush, rush. There is really only one word to describe it: terrible.
Able to leave and finish work on time
The office is in an old building, and most employees have been there for a long time. All decisions are made by the boss. When the company thinks it is not making money, it will tell you to take time off and deduct it from your annual leave. From top to bottom, there are many old-timers who do not work and only put on a show for the boss. The company is stingy; even when the water dispenser breaks, you have to wait many days for it to be repaired, and whenever problems arise, people pass the buck. The salary structure is extremely complicated, and leave is deducted here and there.
