The radio is played quite loudly during work, and the boss's daughter also speaks very loudly. She chats with the office staff about unimportant things, which makes it harder to concentrate. It feels like this place is more suitable for experienced employees, because you won't be disturbed by her or the radio.

Assembly work at the Xizhi plant: regular workers earn a monthly salary of 25,000, while the three team leaders earn 30,000 per month. However, the bonus for shipping machines is approximately 30,000, but the method of distributing the money is extremely undisclosed: 25,000 is taken away, while other assembly workers are told that the bonus is only 5,000 to be shared among everyone. One of the team leaders also shifts management responsibilities onto experienced employees, knows nothing when asked about the progress of assembly work at the plant, and coordinates poorly with the sales department. They even have to replace sales staff by going to customers’ sites to adjust machines, demonstrating poor coordination both internally and externally. In addition, some people can take three smoking breaks a day, 15 minutes each, while others complain even when they need to use the restroom for a bowel movement. Furthermore, newcomers whose assembly output is comparable to that of experienced workers are given careless evaluations. In the end, we joined forces with the experienced workers who could no longer stand it and left.
Suitable for career changers, preferably those with technical skills recognized by the boss==
Don’t waste your time unless you can write software (seems to be in C++) or are willing to multitask for low pay. Not recommended if you want to learn technical skills or gain experience.
