The letter made it sound very nice, saying they would increase employees’ meal allowance, but in the end they deducted it from the base salary and moved it to the meal allowance instead. They didn’t have to spend any more money at all—what a fucking sleazy move.
This company uses a lousy excuse to withhold the performance bonus employees are entitled to. However, when the same situation happened to someone connected to a senior executive, they still gave that person a performance bonus. It’s incredibly unfair—truly, they say one thing to people and another to ghosts.
There is so much work that it can’t all be finished and has to be taken home, with no overtime pay, while also having to care for the children—physically and mentally exhausted.
