Read the community guidelinesThere’s air conditioning, and the coworkers are pretty nice.
The day before my start date, they took us around to familiarize us with the company environment.
The important thing is that the vice president in charge didn’t clearly emphasize that we had to arrive before 8 a.m. the next day.
When I arrived at the company at 8 a.m. the next day, no one was there to show me around. I had to ask the security guard before someone finally took me into the work area.
Once inside, someone showed me around, but then they suddenly expected me to learn so many things at once. I was dumbfounded. I quit after working half a day.
Someone who gives such unclear instructions can actually be a vice president? I could only laugh.
During the interview, the HR lady also lied to us, saying the job was very easy. Are you going to lie to us again? Fuck.
No wonder there’s always a hiring sign posted at the entrance. What a lousy company.

They scheduled a vendor visit at the exact same time as the interview and did not even have a meeting room. I simply filled out the paperwork in the office before the interview. The entire interview lasted only five minutes, with no discussion of the key points or opportunity to ask questions. The only explanation was that the role involved back-end testing and whether I would be reluctant to entertain clients. When they heard me say that I needed to think it over carefully, they hurriedly ended the interview. This was the first time I encountered a company that made me feel disrespected from beginning to end.
No advantages at all
This company has problems with its hiring practices. After the interview ended that day, I used the 104 platform to ask HR when I could be informed whether I had been selected. They read the message but did not reply. A day later, they replied saying that I had been selected and that they would call me within the next two days, but I never received any call at all. I again used the 104 platform to ask HR about the hiring result, and once again, they read the message but did not reply. I find it utterly unbelievable that someone like this can work in HR.

1. The interview location was unexpectedly outside in an area with seats similar to a dining area. Workers happened to be renovating the elevator, so throughout the interview it was practically impossible to hear what the other person was saying or for them to hear what I was saying.
2. In the end, they said they couldn't offer me the salary I requested, even though I only asked for 33K. It felt like a company with absolutely no future.
