Pros

Taking leave is very convenient, +1. The company also operates in accordance with the Labor Standards Act. For a small or medium-sized enterprise, it is actually quite decent.

A very considerate company; I highly recommend giving it a try.

Cons

Apart from the fact that the manager of the analysis department needs to improve their emotional management, often targeting people rather than the issues, and changing attitude as quickly as turning a page, the boss also tends to talk a bit too much and makes judgments based only on the analysis department manager’s one-sided account. There is really nothing else to criticize.

There is also a senior assistant in the department, probably in their 60s, who worked their way up from an intern to become an assistant. They were promoted because of their excellent work ability.......

I sincerely recommend that everyone consider working in the analysis department at Yu-Bao. Certain abilities will improve rapidly.

Pros

It’s easy to take leave. In any case, people who don’t take leave will automatically help you conduct the experiments; otherwise, the female lab supervisor will scold those who didn’t take leave.

Cons

The female lab supervisor in the laboratory is a two-faced person. She especially likes to win over new employees and use them to force out employees she dislikes or who have their own ideas, whether they are administrative or business assistants or conduct experiments. I especially witnessed the female supervisor scolding an administrative employee with over 1X years of experience, making that employee stand for 1–2 hours. The office has an open-plan layout, so everyone could hear the scolding clearly and be subjected to it as well.

According to coworkers, more than 12 employees have already left in the past year or so. That department, including the supervisor, only has 10 people. The administrative and business assistant position has changed hands 3–4 times, and more than 9 engineers have left, I think!

It’s just a small company doing routine work, with presentations required from time to time under the pretext of “learning.” In reality, there are practically no opportunities for promotion, because the female supervisor is in her 4X s and still far from retirement, while the male director is also clinging to his position and won’t leave.

If you want to experience what it means to be two-faced, a smiling tiger, and to turn against people faster than turning a page, you can come and try it.

The laboratory appears lively on the surface, but in reality it isn’t like that at all... You’re welcome to experience it...

For several days after an employee submits their resignation, they are treated as if they were invisible. After they leave, everything they were once praised for is completely turned around and portrayed as something bad.

The laboratory tests insulating oil, and the smell is very strong. The entire floor is covered in oil, and when it rains, the oil rises to the surface of the floor. If you are going to work there, take clothes you were preparing to recycle and use them as work clothes.
