During the interview, they had also scheduled someone else, and as a result, the supervisor arrived dozens of minutes late for the interview. It felt extremely unpleasant.
After the interview began, the supervisor still did not discuss the job duties or key points, and instead talked on their own for more than an hour before finally getting to the main points of the job.
The pre-employment training for this company’s “Business Assistant” position was actually to require interviewees to promote the company’s products to their own relatives and friends, selling at least 30–60 packages (each package costs nearly NT$300). If the target was not met, whether the interviewee was qualified for the position would be determined solely based on their work attitude.
This interview left an extremely poor impression, and that is all I can say about it. The comments above describe the actual circumstances and contain not the slightest bit of fabrication!
