Pros
There is a transportation allowance, lunch is provided free of charge, and the salary and benefits are quite good for a traditional industry! In general, the colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.
Cons
There is serious infighting in the CNC department. A senior veteran bullies newcomers, resulting in a very high turnover rate among new hires! The other departments do not have this problem. If you want to treat it as a life experience, you may consider this company.
