Pros
There are no cliques, and everyone gets along well. When difficulties arise, everyone helps one another.
Cons
The boss often nags. The office is completely open-plan, and the boss has a loud voice, so whenever the boss starts lecturing, it is impossible to concentrate on work. The instructions given are not clear enough, which is quite exhausting for employees.
