Read the community guidelinesThe production operators there are generally quite easy to get along with, except for one woman who wears glasses and has a very unpleasant tone. I suspect she complained about me to the supervisor.
For production operators, the work is demanding. During the day shift, from 9 a.m. to noon, there is no clearly designated break time unless you need to use the restroom. The lunch break is from noon to 1 p.m. From 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., there is only one 15-minute break, from 3:45 to 4 p.m. If overtime is also required to meet production deadlines, you may have to stand for 10 hours. Although new employees probably do not have to work overtime, the interviewing supervisor did not explain the details so thoroughly and only said that you would be standing for longer periods. In reality, apart from the lunch break, there was very little time to rest, so I resigned.
You are responsible for your own machine. If you don’t understand something, the full-time employees are very helpful. The work atmosphere is quite good, and the supervisors are also very nice.
The machines are too old, overtime hours are restricted, and the salary is somewhat too low.
