Pros
The chairman is a very nice person and provides employees with many benefits. He is kind.
Cons
But if the female president is still there, please be very careful about joining the company—unless you are mentally very strong. Most of the entire group is made up of women, and it feels a lot like a soap opera. I really can't say much more... I'm afraid of being sued...
