The supervisor handling the handover is completely devoid of logic.
After six years on the job, there were 25,000 unread emails in her email account.
I asked why she didn’t read or delete them.
She said it was because they weren’t important.
How do you know whether they’re important if you haven’t even looked at them? If they’re not important, then why can’t you delete them?
She is incredibly disorganized. I asked her to hand over the vendors’ contact information to me, and she said we could discuss it when we encountered them later. Hello, you’re leaving before Lunar New Year—when I run into them then, am I supposed to ask a ghost?
She dumped a report that was only half-finished on me. When I asked about something in it, she answered, “Think about it yourself. I already told you.” Bullshit—like you actually told me.
Is this how you hand things over?
Very few people in this company stay for more than a year. Even the specialist who has been there for nearly three years is probably about to leave. When the boss is in a bad mood, he verbally abuses you like a dog.
I took sick leave from the company because I was vomiting and had diarrhea, and the boss said, “Why does a rookie like you think you’re allowed to take leave?” ==
He gave me a hard time and yelled at me for 30 minutes over the fact that I took sick leave.
I deeply regret coming to this company.
There’s also a flamboyant little gay guy there who relies on the boss liking him, so he speaks very harshly to his coworkers. I never used to dislike gay people, but after leaving this company, I’ve come to dislike anyone who acts like this gay guy.
Overall, the atmosphere was peaceful, more like casual conversation.
1. When the supervisor first came in for the interview, they did not proactively introduce themselves and went straight into asking questions based on my résumé. I answered their questions without really knowing what was going on.
2. Because the interviewer was concerned about my personality, they asked me what my zodiac sign was. I don’t believe there are only 12 types of personalities in the world, and I don’t understand what zodiac signs have to do with job performance.
3. Most importantly, the salary listed for this company on 104 was “negotiable,” but when I actually went to the interview, not only was it less than NT$40,000, they also told me that the “negotiable” salary listed on the job bank was merely a reference value. Reported.
