Read the community guidelinesVery normal working hours; once the work is done, you can leave.
Meals provided, free motorcycle parking....
The department I was in was often understaffed, and for the most part, someone would leave every 3–4 months.
The salary is on the low side. I’m not sure whether that’s just the going rate in this industry or what.
The hotel is rather old..... As for the system, I feel like I was somewhat misled into joining at the time..
Only after joining did I discover that the “three-festival bonuses” could actually be this low..?!

Does the manager of that department really require everyone to wear contact lenses to work? Because glasses aren’t suitable for work and make you look kind of silly...?
The manager will teach you what they know; for things they don’t know, they ask you to research them yourself.
If you ask them, they’ll even say: “How would I know?” I was suddenly handed something I had absolutely no idea how to do, with no one to teach me. I was very surprised that, in the entire department... no one knew how to do it.
oh, by the way, you need to be extremely patient when explaining things to the manager. Their logic isn’t very good..... I often got exhausted from explaining things over and over.
All I can say is that there really is a reason why this department has such a high employee turnover rate... haha
