They simply don't follow the Labor Standards Act.
You won't get a raise even if you work yourself to death.
Overtime pay is always calculated in violation of the Labor Standards Act.
Cons
None of the benefits they mention.
There won't be any opportunities for raises either,
let alone an end-of-year bonus.
