Pros

A company that is very easy to get hired by because it is seriously understaffed, with a very high employee turnover rate

Cons

A place with a very high employee turnover rate—great for experiencing “workplace PUA”

Pros

The professionalism of Ms. E from HR can definitely help you succeed in interviews with ease.

Cons

The overseas assignment position was still being recruited for without approval from 104.

During the interview, they said it was for the company's international trade division, but after going abroad and arriving locally, it became a position at a local subsidiary (with no labor or health insurance). They also kept changing the offer, with the terms getting worse each time.

They emphasized a responsibility-based system, yet the HR staff did not even know what that meant. Overtime pay? (How humorous.)

To deal with local inspections, they required you to sign a fake offer letter (in the local language; after signing it, you have no idea when it might be misrepresented as genuine).

A former employee who was dismissed pointed out that senior HR staff would require employees to sign a “voluntary resignation” document while restricting their access to the factory premises. They would then independently demand that the employee leave, using the reason that they were “no longer an employee of this factory.” When the employee returned to the home country and began mediation, they still showed no sincerity, immediately hiring a lawyer and saying, “I don’t know this person,” “They are an employee of the overseas subsidiary,” and “I don’t know what this has to do with us.” The person in charge of HR would even arrive late or fail to appear.

Anyone with the courage should definitely give it a try—it is absolutely a great place to hone your skills!
