I worked there N years ago, and not long after starting, I was desperate to get out! The coworkers were extremely emotional and loved forming cliques. Because the turnover was very high, they were all very exclusionary toward newcomers. The female manager was also extremely strange—she would constantly observe you at work and call your extension to tell you that you couldn’t chew gum during working hours. If the toilet seat broke, she would come question you about whether you had broken it. The female coworker in e-commerce was extremely emotional. When the boss decided to assign the e-commerce platform to me, a newcomer, she thought I was taking away her sales performance, so she treated me terribly and deliberately refused to teach me. She always had to pretend to be busy and work overtime to let the boss know how hard she was working. I advise everyone to keep your eyes wide open.
