Pros

Register with the security guard at the entrance first.

After entering the lobby, you will be given one internal company information form to fill out.

I stayed there for about 5–8 minutes.

Then I went upstairs and waited for the interview in a small office.

My waiting time was about 2–3 minutes.

There were two interviewers: one department supervisor and the woman who gave me the interview form.

Basic self-introduction, reasons for leaving your previous job, what you can do—you can answer these normally.

They repeatedly asked about your expected salary throughout the interview.

The company wants to introduce a barcode-scanning system. The supervisor had no relevant experience, but I did, so quite a bit of time was spent on this.

They hinted that saying 31,000 would be acceptable.

When I ignored their leading, they pressed me and finally said that his authorization only went up to 31,000.

-----------------Information learned after asking------------------------

1. Salary structure: base salary + perfect-attendance bonus (1,000).

2. Supervisor's salary authority: base salary + perfect-attendance bonus = 31,000. If it exceeds this amount, he has to report it to his superiors.

3. Overtime is required 2–3 days per week; they claim it ends at 8 p.m. at the latest.

4. There is no fixed peak season; it is decided based on shipping volume.

5. They claim that during peak season, overtime is still 2–3 days per week, ending around 8:30–9 p.m. at the latest.

6. Shipments go to major hypermarkets, drugstores, and pharmacies.

7. Motorcycle parking is provided, so you do not need to look for a parking space outside.

8. There are two motorcycle parking areas. One is very close to the dogs, which are fairly aggressive.

9. They claim the year-end bonus is one month's salary; they did not mention the bonuses for the three major holidays or any other bonuses.

10. They said that after the probationary period, if your performance is good, there might perhaps be a chance of a salary adjustment. (Recommendation: take this with a grain of salt.)

11. They said there are 4–5 middle-aged women on the production line, and you need to put the products they process into inventory.

Cons

Base salary (30,000) + perfect-attendance bonus (1,000) = salary (31,000)

31,000 − labor and health insurance (2,000) = 29,000

The minimum hourly wage in 2024 was 183. With overtime 2–3 days per week, if you work overtime until 8 p.m., assuming 2 hours of overtime per day:

2 overtime days per week, 8 days per month, 16 hours total

183 × 16 = 2,928

29,000 + 2,928 = 31,928

3 overtime days per week, 12 days per month, 24 hours total

183 × 24 = 4,392

29,000 + 4,392 = 33,392

If you work overtime every time, and the company lets you, your salary would be:

29,000–31,928–33,392

Even with 12 days per month and 24 hours total, 33,392 is actually quite a low salary.

With overtime here, you can only barely reach 31,000–33,000; without overtime, there is basically no difference from the minimum wage.

Pros

I couldn't sense any positives from the interview.

Cons

1. The interview required writing a one-hour test, and only after finishing it were they told that they could write it on a computer.

2. The entire department is hiring; it's ridiculous.

3. It feels like overtime is definitely required for the job.

4. When asked about benefits and the three traditional holiday bonuses, they said: “It depends on the company’s revenue; it’s not guaranteed.”

Pros

Large company

Cons

*This interview experience was two years ago*

When I interviewed, the interview was arranged at the Banqiao storefront, and I did not see the office either (I heard it was on the second floor).

The interview was conducted while sitting on the sofa in the storefront. The position I interviewed for was Internet Marketing Specialist.

There were only two colleagues, the supervisor and the planner; everyone else was store staff.

Basically, I had to do everything: customer service, design, listing products, taking photos, and filming videos.

The supervisor said that because the first floor was the storefront and the second floor was the warehouse, and there was no elevator, I would also have to help move inventory (clothing, which was very heavy).

I would also have to attend all kinds of large and small maternity and baby expos and sell products on-site.

I asked for around 35K–37K (with five years of e-commerce experience). Later, they called to tell me that the probationary salary was 25K and the regular salary was 30K. I remember the probation period was four or six months?

So I said, “Thanks, but no thanks~~”

I passed by that store again afterward, and about a year later, it had gone out of business...
