The position is for a graphic designer, but they also say that you will be responsible for all planning related to the official website, design for platforms in Taiwan and mainland China, and videos as well. The folders in the company’s shared drive are extremely disorganized, with nonsensical categorization, and the available materials are also extremely outdated.
The boss is very self-important. He is an elderly man who seems to think he is the emperor and that everyone else is his humble servant. When discussing something with you, no matter what opinion you express, he will shoot it down and may even scold you. Then he tells you to have a brain and think. He is absolutely not an elderly man who respects his employees. For example, he will bring up things from his era to make his point.
One office is a combination of two companies. The other company belongs to the boss’s son. His son seems to be a boss who can communicate reasonably well, and his attitude is very different from his father’s.
At the time, the department had no manager, so everything had to follow the instructions of a salesperson in the sales department. He was the boss’s favorite, so everyone had to listen to him. However, since he did not come from a marketing or planning background, his perspective and ideas were very limited.
They are very fond of firing people, and will lay employees off a few days before they are about to complete three months. The reasons for dismissal are usually quite far-fetched. I feel that they themselves do not even know what they want; everything is based on gut feeling. The position is truly always being advertised.
In summary: Unless you absolutely have no choice, do not join this company under any circumstances, and do not waste your time interviewing there—unless you want to be a humble servant.

The position advertised on 104 is presented as a “Marketing Design Specialist.”
In reality, the responsibilities include:
1. Designing for the entire company and all departments
2. Customer service (packaged as an opportunity to first get to know all the company’s products through customer service)
3. Managing advertising placements
4. Listing products on all sales channels
5. Planning quarterly product campaigns
GOD, it’s practically using one person as five.
The monthly salary advertised on 104 is NT$30,000–50,000.
In reality, when I wrote that my expected salary was NT$45,000,
they actually said that this salary is considered high at the company!
One position requires doing the work that a team of 5–10 people should be doing,
and they can still tell you that your salary expectations are too high. It’s simply speechless.
The above is my humble personal impression, provided as a reference for job seekers considering joining this company.
Very good at making grand promises during interviews—straight to heaven!
They ask you to sign an illegal employment contract when you start.
Less than a month in, they say you’re no good and tell you to get lost.
The long-term employees are die-hard royalists reincarnated.
A black hole among the nine planets.
The computers have monitoring software installed.
The position has been posted on 104 for a long time.
