The person who conducted the first-stage interview was a man. He was quite friendly and talkative.
The person who conducted the second-stage interview was a woman—an older woman, probably a manager, founder, or something like that. We chatted for a while!
Afterward, the man came in and said that they would send an offer in a few days, but in the end, one or two weeks later, they suddenly canceled it. I was completely dumbfounded. They had clearly promised to send it the next day, but delayed it for over a week before emailing to say it was canceled....
