The internal management system is outdated and conservative. There is not even a proper handover for new employees, resulting in an extremely poor employee experience. For many things, you can only grit your teeth and ask colleagues or figure things out yourself. It is unfair: performance evaluations only go from supervisors to subordinates, and there is even a rule that employees rated “Outstanding” or “A+” cannot exceed 35% of the department’s total evaluated employees.
There are no flexible start and finish times. If you live far away, that’s your problem. If you encounter a traffic accident during your commute, even if you are just one second late, you lose your perfect-attendance record. I don’t understand what the point of having this perfect-attendance bonus is???
The colleagues are all very easy to get along with, except for a certain manager at headquarters who is completely unreasonable. There are far too many examples to list~~~ As long as you don’t run into her, you’ll be fine~~~
I don’t understand why a foundation with more than 500 employees that was established 35 years ago has not had a single review on this platform. I decided to post one in the hope that the internal management system and mindset can make some progress.
