Pros
The salary is very generous!
Cons
Clock in when you arrive, but you're on your own time when you leave! (You have to work past 20:30 before you can claim overtime~)
Everyone is busy with their own tasks in their own little world~
The company doesn't feel like a company; it feels more like a laboratory~
Things are messy, there is no office, and the meeting room is like a storage room~
There is absolutely no system in place~
