Read the community guidelinesIt is completely terrible now; there are no advantages left.
A company that is beautiful on the outside but rotten within. The owner’s family is wealthy, so they invest whenever they are happy and shut things down whenever they are unhappy. Employees are worthless in the owner’s eyes. The owner speaks very nicely to outsiders, as if they were a good person, but after a while you realize that what they do is completely different from what they say. The vice president is an absolute nightmare—the kind of person you would never want to encounter in your life. They have a simplistic mind, love to lie, and have an extremely bad temper. They are always forcing people to do embarrassing things that undermine their professionalism. The company has little structure; the so-called system is just for show. If you get along with the owner and flatter the vice president, you can survive, but everyone will look down on you. There have been three labor disputes publicly, and actually more, but everyone simply does not want to waste time being dragged into conflicts with them. They are not worth it. There are even more noncompliant practices inside the hotel waiting to be uncovered. This is now completely different from how it was when it was first founded. Management has no sense and only wants to save money—they even buy counterfeit design products, tell designers to grab images from the internet, use Paint to create designs, and take pride in ugly things while calling themselves a design hotel. If you are considering working there, think twice.
