This HR person was really terrible and didn’t even look at my work experience. I wrote down my expected salary, and the manager still looked uneasy. Well, I really do earn that amount—if you think I wrote it too high, give me a reason to take a pay cut! They couldn’t come up with one either, so they’re destined not to find anyone. The entire interview took less than half an hour; once they told me the salary, I wanted to leave. Everyone, remember to avoid this company!
The HR lady is quite pretty and also spoke very politely.
The benefits were explained quite clearly.
Later, a female supervisor conducted the interview with a very strange smile on her face the entire time.
It felt like she had not looked at the interviewee’s information at all before the interview, and was simply flipping through the résumé while smiling.
After less than 10 minutes, she seemed eager to dismiss the candidate.
If you don’t like an interviewee’s qualifications, please look them over first before deciding whether to conduct the interview, okay?
