Pros

The office looks spacious and has a substantial feel.

Cons

This company contacted me through 104 to ask whether I would be willing to attend an interview for the position. After speaking by phone, they confirmed the interview time by email.

I attended the interview as scheduled. The following Monday, the week after the interview, a female HR representative called to tell me that they were already processing my salary approval. However, because the supervisor was away for several days,

they had to wait for the supervisor to make the final decision and would call me again with the result. However, more than a week passed without receiving any call about the outcome.

Therefore, I proactively called the company several times, but was unable to reach the HR representative. I asked her colleagues to leave her a message, but she still did not call me back.

I emailed HR to ask about it, but after waiting several days, I still received no reply. This made me feel that the staff at this company have a serious attitude problem.

Regardless of the final decision made by the company's supervisor, they should have followed through on what they originally said on the phone and notified me again.

Making job applicants wait for nothing feels very disrespectful! Therefore, I suggest asking clearly during the interview to avoid waiting in vain.

Pros

Benefits of a foreign company

Cons

I passed the interview,

but the start date kept being postponed.

I passed the interview in March, and was originally supposed to start at the end of April.

It was changed to early May, then a few days before starting, it was changed again to mid-May.

In mid-May, it was changed again to early June.

In early June, it was changed again to mid-June.

The reason given every time was an issue with the overseas HR team.

This is absolutely ridiculous.

Carefully consider this company.
