The interview took place in Datong District, while the actual work location would be the company’s headquarters in Zhonghe. The interview process was very quick. The two interviewers simply asked the applicant to introduce themselves, then explained where they would work in the future. After confirming that neither side had any further questions, the interview ended.
The entire process lasted only about 15 minutes.
Overall, I felt as though the two interviewers were being trained rather than there actually being a hiring need. The process did not make me feel unhappy, and perhaps the above was simply my mistaken perception. I still recommend that job seekers give it a try.

The scope of work for an assistant position at the headquarters is very broad, covering many different professional fields. You need to be good at finding information on your own to solve problems. It is both a challenge and a test.
Upon starting employment, you are required to sign a joint and several guarantee agreement, which means you will need to find someone to act as your guarantor. It is recommended that you evaluate the terms carefully, because you cannot continue your employment without signing it.
