Pros
The interview and discussions went well. The manager was quite congenial, and the questions were fairly easy to answer.
Cons
I was briefly employed there and found the manager's behavior puzzling. Shortly after I started, they asked about my sexual orientation and personal matters, which made me uncomfortable and seemed unprofessional. During the onboarding period, there was quite a lot of unstructured time that I had to find ways to fill myself.
